Hello Victor and Rory--- I've been toying with csLADSPA and am getting mixed results. It's likely that I am doing something wrong, so I thought I would pass along my progress in hopes of getting some good advice. I built csLADSPA this morning with little trouble on a PPC build of ubuntu 7+. I created a custom ladspa directory ~/.ladspa and pointed LADSPA_PATH to this directory. In this directory I copied csladspa.so as well as the example csds. There are no other plugins in this directory. If I launch jack-rack, it errors with the message that "No LADSPA plugins can be found, check LADSPA_PATH". If I launch jack-rack from within ~/.ladspa it seems to load properly. I have been unable to get ardour to load csladspa at all. Any thoughts? I'm looking forward to adding csladspa to my csound arsenal. I have never tried it with Ardour, so we need to check that. Generally speaking LADSPA_PATH solves things as far as jack-rack is concerned, but there might still be some bugs in the CSD loading. You see, what creates a plugin is the detection of a CSD, so it might be that CSDs are not being found. We'll have it sorted for the official release. Thanks for the report. I noticed that flgetsnap/savesnap are crashing Csound with the latest CVS. Could it be fixed? I am not sure who has been making changes to it, but can they be reverted? Hi, I've committed some corrections. Is it fixed now? I'm porting many new opcodes by Gabriel Maldonado from his current version of CsoundAV. It's been a lot of work, so some errors are bound to crop up, thanks for reporting. I've also just added the opcode with the longest name to date... FLslidBnkGetHandle =) Cheers, Andres Victor Lazzarini wrote: > I noticed that flgetsnap/savesnap are crashing Csound with the latest > CVS. Could it be fixed?
