| Do we have an answer for this? Is liblo/OSC included in the Windows
build? If not what is the correct strategy to include it? I know I
built liblo on Windows some time back, but at present my Windows
machines are only compiling with MSVC an I am not sure if that is of
any use.

Subject: [Csnd] OSC missing in win32f 5.05
Are the osc opcodes (OSCinit etc) supposed to be in every build? I believe
they are missing from the win32 floats build of 5.05.
