I am working on it. I need to get liblo working. I also need to place
binaries and headers in accordance with the other distributions, as near as
possible. With or without liblo there will be a new Windows installer in
the near future. I am on vacation now so I cannot promise it before
January, but I do have my computer with me so it could happen before then.
But it will certainly happen in the first or second week of January.

OK, thanks for updated information.
I got liblo to compile on my XP system with only a little hassle.  I
thought I had documented the hacks for the liblo mailing list?
