I think, but not totally finished there -- some examples missing

I think you should announce the preparation of a new release every two
weeks. That way everyone scrambles to add new features!

Cheers,
Andrés

Hi All,

After emailing with Victor, I applied a change to SConstruct to remove
hard-linking to Python libs for the SWIG python wrapper for the OSX
build. This should resolve the issue that was reported earlier on the
users list with running csnd with python.org python releases. Seems
to be working here.

I've pushed that commit to GIT. Should we do the same for Windows and Linux?

Thanks!
steven

p.s. - I'll be looking into make the equivalent changes to CMake for Csound6.

Linking on Windows and Linux is a bit different I think. It may be that the option is not there.

Maybe the easiest thing would be to try running that python extension I put together that compiled with setup.py on Linux and windows. I imagine we'd find out what Python does by default quickly on those platforms. I'll give that a go later tonight in Linux, but would have to check my windows VM to see if I have a build tool chain setup.
