Incidentally, John, I appreciate the fact that when you close flcsound
(WinME - gbs8) the FLTK performance window also closes.

Also - so far with limited testing - gbs8 in WinME seems to be working
perfectly.

In this version of flCsound, a second quit requests causes flCsound to
exit immediately, a feature to be used when the first quit request
fails to produce results.  The first quit request tries to let Csound
find a good place to gently exit, but sometimes, for pieces that the
use FLTK opcodes, one needs to employ the sledge hammer.
