Check to see if you have lib_jcsound.so or _jcsound.so. If not you need to run Scons to build the Java interface, and the directory containing lib_jcsound.so needs to be in LD_LIBRARY_PATH or in your Java command line with -Djava.library.path=jcsounddirectory.

Or, you may need to symbolically link whatever version of _jcsound.so you do have to the name expected by the JNI loader. In other words, if you find lib_jcsound.so you may need to create a link to just _jcsound.so, if you find _jcsound.so you may need to create a link to lib_jcsound.so.
