Hi All,

Thanks Istvan and John for the modifications to Tablei!  I've been 
checking things out and it seems a good bit better.  With maybe 8-10 
notes, I get some breakups, but much less than before.  I think I'll 
start to see if I can't recode the DX7 emulation instrument code to 
speed them up a bit, but it's very much appreciated to have the 
performance boost that you two have given.

That's awesome. I wonder if any of the other table opcodes suffer the 
same problems ... =)

First this improvement is nearly all Istvan's work; my contribution
was minimal.
  Secondly the use of floor is all over Robin's code, but now is
replaced with a macro what should do the same faster.  I await
complaints (it is in the CVS).
