Current state is FLTK opcodes run.  portaudio is built after some
hacking.  Realtime audio fails as portaudio/core does not yet have
code for blocking streams, so Csound goes through the motions but does
not write the audio buffers.
  CVS updated and a macosx binary snapshot included.
