Maybe I'm an idiot, but I can't make a check out from CVS work anymore 
following the instructions from Steven's Csound From CVS page.

I wanted to do a completely clean check out to recompile and send the 
log to Michael, but I'm lost. I get:

Sourceforge have a problem with projects starting with a c (and a few
other ltters).  Have not checked recently, but suggest you check the
status page?
