I just did a cvs update on the tutorial but it fails to build


!pdfTeX error: pdflatex (file csound_components.png): cannot find image file
 ==> Fatal error occurred, no output PDF file produced!


I think this is because the file does not exist.  There is a file
csound_components.PNG but on a case-sensitive filing system that is
not the same thing.  I notice a strange mixture of .png and .PNG files
so unsure on which to standardise

They should all simply be renamed .png. I'm in the middle of working
on this. Windows Paint program that I use to save PNGs names them .PNG
by default.
