MIDI output in a VST host, or MIDI output in the standalone version?

In the host, no, although an earlier version allowed algorithmically
generated scores to send MIDI events to the host for synthesis by other
plugins. This will probably return at some point.

In standalone, I do not know because I have never tried it. If it works,
it's whatever works in regular Csound.
