xpdf shows the images incorrectly:

The problem looks like row_stride is one larger than expected.

This has never happened before with the xpdf. So, I wonder if your
images are somehow incorrectly inserted to pdf file. While I do
have an old xpdf 1.0, somebody should double check the images.

BTW, I use xpdf 1.0 because I added a page scrollbar to it. It is
the bottom horizontal scrollbar. Reading/browsing of large docs
is *impossible* without it. I rather would want add new features to
some other reader than xpdf.
Anyone would have screenshot of kpdf?
Is there any gtk based pdf reader?

I've tried xpdf and evince and I find evince significantly nicer.
