Dear all

please find attached my solution for full-duplex on portaudio OSX. I have not
yet managed CVS commits, and anyway I'd like to see what you think, before
I do anything.

Here's what I am doing: if the user asks for -iadc we open the device 
full-duplex,
regardless of -odac being there (but it's needed if you want to output 
audio to dac).

The limitation is that full-duplex is limited to the same device (ie. you 
can't read
from one card and write to another).

Michael: you might want to try this code with ASIO, it's possible that it might
work
