I'm fixing this. The link will still be dead in pdf and winhelp versions
(since it is a local file), but I'll add a hyperlink to the gnu pages.
There are some minor changes in the Makefile, to copy copying.txt to the
appropriate directories.

Yes, they shoud, thanks, I've fixed that in the english version.

Thanks, I've tried this for the spanish manual, and it seems you don't
need to use the entities anymore (you can type the accented characters
directly. Can you confirm this works for french?
