Checked out freshly from CVS, and for some reason scons no longer finds 
my header files. I copied my old known good custom.py over. If I copy a 
previous working version of the SConstruct file over it tries to build 
but fails on CsoundVST.

I looked through the old and new SConstruct files and can't find 
anywhere where my include directory is mentioned in one but not the 
other, weird. ( have to make it /usr/include and not /usr/local/include)

Any clue what gives? It can't find the very first header file, sndfile.h.
