Just did a clean checkout but cannot build as usual

frontends/CsoundVST/CsoundVST.hpp:32:51: error: public.sdk/source/vst2.x/audioeffectx.h: No such file or directory

Is this the VST licence issue, and I should not build the VST stuff?
