Just starting to get my mind together after the Berlin LAC meeting.

One comment was on whether we should be using an IRC system.  I think
this was suggested before but at least at the time I did not know about
IRC.  Since i discovered ERC (Emacs mode) I am willing to try
again.  Does anyone know if such a channel already exists?

It would probably make more sense to just start a csound-dev one
considering you don't have to do anything special to make a channel.
