| Is there a way to send a *choice* of -M0 or -Ma to a .csd file from a python
script (through the API)?
I'm working with the OLPC and Sugar on a Stick (Fedora11).
The problem is that Csound5.10 offers the multiple MIDI controller option;
earlier versions don't. I'd *like* to accommodate both 5.08 and 5.10 in a
single Sugar activity. Furthermore, multi-student collaborative performance
is an important feature/(goal) of what I'm doing, and of OLPC generally.
If I can't find a way to send either -M0 or -Ma, I'll need two scripts and
Activities: one for pre-v10 (single controller only), and one for v10+. Or
just require v10+.
Currently OLPC has 5.08 and SoaS is moving from 5.08 to 5.10 (though neither
is for the moment working because of the python version mismatch). OLPC may
well stay at 5.08 for the near term, and OLPC is my primary target.
