This is a huge improvement -- thank you!

I have only a few niggles.

I think it is clearer to say "current version" instead of "newest major version", and to say "previous version" rather than "traditional version".

It should read "with 64-bit floating point samples" not "with a 64-bit floating-point version", and "with 32-bit floating point samples" not "with a 32-bit floating-point version", since the latter could easily be mistaken for "compiled for a 64 bit processor" or "compiled for a 32 bit processor." (Further down the page this distinction seems a bit clearer.)

Finally, I think it would be nice to end the intro section with something like:

Csound 5 defines a new Application Programming Interface (API) callable from C, C++, Python, Java, Tcl, LISP, and Lua.

Regards,
Mike

Thanks Mike for your feedback. Some of the language on the page was kept
from the previous version. (I usually try to respect what other people have
written). I would consider the "current version" to be 5.01 and the
"previous version" to be 5.00. But I understand your point and will take
another stab at improving the language.

I do think that "64-bit floating point samples" is much better so I will
change it. I am thinking about creating an FAQ page soon as well, and the
whole 32/64-bit samples vs. 32/64-bit processor issue will definitely be
answered on that page.

I wasn't trying to get into descriptions of features on the front page.
Another page with an explanation of significant new Cs5 features may be a
good idea as well.

Anthony
