We should provide an FLTK library, or statically link in the FLTK code.

Tcl/Tk is generally present on linux. On OSX it comes with
the operating system. It is all there. The interfaces
library
also does not impose any more dependencies.

FLTK is probably the most problematic of the installing
issues.
