It also rendered with plain old csound5, but I forgot to mention that I had
to supply the command line, which was missing from the csd file. This was
perhaps the cause of your problem.

In working on blue's CeciliaModule, I tried running the CybilFOFs 
example that comes with Cecilia.  This works fine in csound4 but doesn't 
seem to work with csound5, using the same generated CSD file. Csound5 
does not report any errors, such as dropped notes or missing opcodes or 
anything like that, so I'm a bit stumped.  If anyone has time to check 
into this file, I'd appreciate it very much.
