As far as I can tell ftgen does not allow for the named plugin
generators.  Anyone feel like fixing this?

and how to fix it.

Dear John,

I'm still having problems with ftgen.
According to ddd none of the parameters for the "farey" gen routine are
copied and passed on.

Found and fixed a bug whiuch affected the 5th argument only.  Now in CVS
and the farey6.csd inouyt works
