Hello Victor,

it seems that the manual example pvsbufread2.csd, referenced in the file 
pvsbufread2.xml, is missing. Did you write this example, and if so, 
could you commit the file to git?

Hello Victor,

soon there will be a new release of Csound and would like to make the manual
as it is now in GIT, ready for publishing.
I still get this warning: 
warning: failed to load external entity "examples-xml/pvsbufread2.csd.xml"

Can you add this example or is it better to remove the information from the
manual page for the time being?
