| Actually, there is code already in csound5 CVS that also could be adapted.
CsoundVST has a ScoreNode class that uses a MidiFile class to read MIDI and
write MIDI files. It reads type 1 and type 2 files and translates them to
CsoundVST score files (and writes them as type 2).
However, I think that the MidiFileIn class might be easier to adapt.
