I've just tried to rebuild, having installed FFTW. It is now trying to build Loris but the process terminates with this error:

scons: *** Source `Opcodes/Loris/lorisgens5.C' not found, needed by target `Opcodes/Loris/lorisgens5.os'.  Stop.
scons: building terminated because of errors.
