To be honest, I'd rather leave 5.19 as it is.  It's been some two years that Csound 6 has been out and I don't want to spend any time thinking about 5.19.  It'd be best if we spent time fixing up any issues with CS6 instead of trying to maintain or keep up 5.xx.  If you want to maintain and or release it yourself on your site, then I don't think there'd be any issue with that.  (Just be sure to release any source changes if you've made them.)
