I did a clean checkout of SConstruct today, and noticed that the line
makePlugin(pluginEnvironment, 'modmatrix', ['Opcodes/modmatrix.c'])
was no longer in SConstruct.

I thought this was needed to compile the modmatrix opcode.
I seem to remember that the line was actually present earlier,
so I guess it's been accidentally deleted (?)
