Michael,

I've done more testing on the latest Csound5beta (Windows), and can confirm
that MIDI in and FLTK seem to be working flawlessly in real time. Using
MidiOx and MidiYoke, I was even able to use two MIDI controllers
simultaneously.

Two anomolies - that left strange messages *but executed properly*: 1)
CTRL-C to exit issues forth a host of scrolling MIDI reading error messages
as the window closes; 2) when starting and ending simultaneous fractional
instr 3's, a funny message appears (such as instrument doesn't exist or
can't be found, which is nonsense) - doesn't happen with near-identical
(fractional) instr 2's.

One *real* problem: the schedule opcode crashes the program (window
closing). When running from the command line, one of the numbers displayed
(duration I think) translates/appears as an incredibly long decimal value
(to about 100 places). In other Csounds, this use of schedule is not at all
problemmatic.

If the second or third item is worth having an example for, I can come up
with one. Just let me know.

I have fixed this, but the use of the schedule opcode is not
recommended in general. Use event_i instead.
