It only excludes it from the plugins directory. It's included in the bin dir 
(with a wildcard).

Thanks for the reminder about CSOUNDRC; I will do that.

I am almost finished with the Windows installer. I am finalizing the files 
to be included and testing to see if things work. I should be finished with 
the installer this weekend or early next week.
