you can still use Csound from Visual Studio. Just build a link library
(plenty of instructions to do it on the web), then you have everything
you need to build and link a Csound 5 host. The DLL built with
MinGW will work with a MSVC-built host.

Note that Michael's build was not using Visual Studio, just the
build tools (cl.exe etc), with scons.

Hello to all.
First thanks to answer so quickly.
Second I download the latest version in the cvs, but I don't know what to
do next, jajaja is a little bit sad, but I want to use the csound api from
c++ in visual studio, but don't know how to start, I download the csound5
package from the cvs (is the correct one?), there I find some different
custom - something python files, I suppose this files are the one's that
are to modify setting the correct paths, or there are some .dll files to
use and a include files to start faster?.
There are some c++ csound intro documents or some place with an
introduction or how to compile and use csound with c++?, I don't find any
instructions on how to start using the api and compiling all the
libraries.
I love to test all the work that are you doing, but I don't find ease were
to start.
Any help will be really appreciated.
