the manual looks pretty good with your new css. However the normal text 
seems a bit too small for me; this is probably due to my farsightedness 
(51 years old...).

I tried the rule "p {font-size: 11pt;}" instead of "p {font-size: 
small;}"  and this is satisfying for me (viewing the manual in firefox).

I added too the rule "div.appendix pre.synopsis {background-color: 
#e0e0e0; padding: 0px 2em;}" to keep the grouping of opcodes in the 
quickref section.

The indentation of subheaders is fine for me.
