Hi all,

I've been compiling csound5 with useFLTK=0 and buildCsoundVST=0 and up 
until sometime this week was able to compile without problems.  Now it 
seems that if I try to compile that csound can not link and looks for 
pthread functions.  If this is the case, is pthread now mandatory on 
Linux regardless of target, and so should just be added to the default 
linker flags?
