I have attached a version of improsculpt22.csd that runs on csound5 and on
CsoundVST in csound5. I have simply searched and replaced the missing
CsoundAV opcodes with csound5 opcodes that appear to do the same thing.
However, although the csd file runs, it doesn't do anything that I can hear.

I have also attached a log file that may help those more familiar with
Improsculpt than I diagnose the situation. One thing is, it seems the
presets are not working. But obviously, I don't really know how to play
this instrument yet.

I have never seen such a complex Csound GUI nor such an ambitious real-time
orchestra, so I think it is far to say that if we can get this thing to
sing, Csound 5 can fairly be said to be in beta not alpha.

It compiles OK, with ftlen2 replaced by ftlen which is all but
identical. Problem now is that it makes explicit references to files
in C: which is no great help on Linux.

I'd love to test that beast,
Where can I get
*A precompiled Csound5 binary (better for windoze)
*Files referred in the score (like "C:/improsculpt/BD_1016.wav")
