I will add OSC to the next Windows installer.

I also plan to modify Istvan's front end to work with Python, if the user 
has Python 2.4 installed, or without Python if not. I may also change the 
appearance somewhat.

CsoundVST will remain in the installer and I may change it as well -- not sure how just yet.
