I was assuming "yes" and was planning to build and upload by the end of the
day here tomorrow (I'm at -5:00 GMT I think?).  But I can wait too.

What does everyone else want to do?

I have done the minimum I want for a new release.  Indeed yesterday I
prepared files on that assumption.  I might make a small adjustment to
the manual if we still have time.
