Csound 5 is still in alpha. There are no prebuilt binaries. You need to go
to the SourceForge page for Csound and follow the directions for checking
the sources out of CVS. Instead of checking out the "csound" module, check
out the "csound5" module. Then read csound.pdf in the csound directory for
further instructions.

I am going to try to get MIDI input working on Windows next week. If that
works, and if I can render a variety of test scores, I will prepare a beta
version file release with prebuilt binaries for Fedora Core Linux and
Windows (using mingw). Everything always seems to take longer than one
hopes, so I can't promise when this will happen.
