John R. seems to have FLTK working well in the context of Windows GBS8
(Csound4). Also, realtime audio is working well in all Windows versions of
CS4 of which I am aware.

I hope these two issues can be straightforwardly addressed and solved in
Csound5 Windows, and *soon*.
