Hi All,

Felipe alerted me that the official Nvie version of git-flow has
fallen behind and has an issue when finishing releases/features
involving tag merging.  There is a more up-to-date version of git-flow
that has a fix and also seems to be more actively maintained:

I've switched to using this and recommend other to switch to this as
well.  On OSX, if you're using homebrew, it's easy enough to use "git
uninstall git-flow; git install git-flow-avh".  I've done a test and
it looks like if you use Sourcetree on OSX, you can switch to using
the AVH git-flow and it'll work just fine.
