Ignore the fltk-config error, and ensure that the FLTK lib and headers are found in custom-mingw.py.

Thanks for answering so quickly.

Now when the compilation goes further, appears a compilation problem.

/csound5/Top/cscorfns.c : 466:undefined reference to ‘lplay’

Some how the compiler don’t recognize, or something happens with the
extern int lplay(CSOUND *, EVLIST *);
definition.

Any clue?
