If you do create a new project, I hope that you put your talents and imagination to work in creating something that is superior to Csound 5, and therefore DIFFERENT from it. I would follow such a project with interest.

If you simply create a new clone of Csound, I don't see the point.

changes to be made - this still remains to be seen, I may
consider creating a new project on SourceForge and maintaining
