Automatic sending to developer list seems to have ceased as well

- loopseg: i can not get a clean sound whatever value i give to the (new)
iphase parameter
- loopxseg: the same. get clicks when using the examples from the manual
- lpshold: was changed according to Git (ipahse) , but i get:
INIT ERROR in instr 1: loop opcode: wrong argument count
klp        lpshold        kfrq        0        0        0        #i0      
 220        #i1        440        #i2        0
          B  0.000 - note deleted.  i1 had 1 init errors
When leaving out iphase (as it was before) the example from the manual works

The documentation for these is all wrong.  There's a missing iphs
parameter and the order of the time, value pairs, should be value,
duration pairs as in linseg for instance.
