I have posted to http://csound.sourceforge.net a new Windows installer and API documentation for CsoundVST and Csound 5, built with SCons and MinGW.

Most notably, this release includes a working version of the csoundapi~ Pure Data external by Victor Lazzarini, the Loris opcodes, a Python interface to Csound, and a Java interface to Csound.  Also, CsoundVST can now run multiple instances in VST hosts.

I have done some cursory testing of the PD external with PD 0.38.4-devel-2.

There are also many bug fixes by Istvan Varga and others.

I am no longer including source code with these file releases, since the sources can be accessed via SourceForge CVS.
