Which simple FLTK orchestra? I presume you were testing on Linux?

I just did a "cvs update" and build, and then tried to run the simple
FLTK orchestra.  It fails seriously with an indirection through zero.

Looks like attempts to modify threads have left us with an uninitialised
argument to fltkRun.  I could look bu this is not my area at all.
