Hi all,

Does anyone mind if I remove all Makefiles and config.h in the H
directory from the CVS?  It's not a big deal I guess, but these are all
files that are generated by autoconf/configure so probably doesn't make
any sense to have in CVS.

I went ahead and cleared these out.  I mistakenly recommitted some
files, but they shouldn't have changed any since when I checked them
out, so no problems expected there.
