It seems the only way I can get csound~ to work is by building all
Csound dlls with "-static-libgcc -static" enabled. I've systematically
gone through each one, but I can't find the build settings for any of
the audio IO dlls such as rtpa.dll? Anyone have any ideas where these
are located?
