when building Csound today (haven't done that for a while..) i see:
CONFIGURATION DECISION: Not building catalog builder.
What is the catalog builder?

Been there for some time.  When opcodes were in lodable libraries the
catalog builder saud (a) what was in each library and (b) where each
opcode was.  I suspect that this was all wasted effort now.....
