There is an opportunity to allow donations to the Sourceforge csound
site.  It seems reasonable (Sourceforge take a 5% levy for their
funds), but in order to do this we need a PayPal account, and some
possible policy for what to do with any funds.  

so, who has a PayPal account?  Any suggestions on use?

I do not have such an account and see no likelihood of acquiring one.
