I am not able to build liblo.dll. I am relucant to have, in the Windows installers, dependencies on third party libraries that I am not able to keep up to date. I will look into this some more. 

Although I was not able to build liblo.dll from your instructions, I did get a liblo.a that I assumed was a static library that would do the same job. So why is Csound asking for liblo.dll if I have linked with a static library?
