I have fixed two bugs in the Csound5 CVS. The first one affected MIDI
input when both file (-F) and device (-M) was used at the same time
(using just one worked correctly). The other fix is to reading sound
files; an uninitialized structure in libsnd_u.c caused reading of
raw files e.g. by GEN routines to fail, and even headered files such
as AIFF behaved in an unpredictable way (bug reported by Oeyvind
Brandtsegg).
