I have been trying to update to the latest CVS sources for Csound 5.  I
compiled the Csound library without problems, but I am having trouble
getting the Mac front end to compile now.

It appears that cwindow.h is no longer #included from csound.h and that
WINDAT and XYINDAT are now just forwardly declared.  The graphing functions
in the Mac front end use the internal members of WINDAT.

Am I supposed to include cwindow.h now or is there some reason that we
should not accessing the WINDAT and XYINDAT structures anymore?
